Our programs are free and open to anyone with 48 hours of continuous sobriety. Recoverees are welcome to bring  friends, family members and (sometimes) pets.  Be sure to review our waiver before signing up for our events.

Class Description: 
An inclusive class for all genders and fitness levels that uses mostly bodyweight exercises to get you sweating and push your fitness boundaries. Exercise modifications will be made to match your fitness level. If you are new to working out or an experienced gym rat, this judgment-free class is just what you need to take your fitness to the next level.

Led By: Coach Sean NASM CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER, PRECISION NUTRITION LEVEL 1 COACH, USAW PERFORMANCE COACH 
Coach Sean was born in Colorado and raised in Ashburn, Virginia. There he played football growing up and became an avid powerlifter and nutrition enthusiast. He went to James Madison University where he majored in Kinesiology, and started his competitive powerlifting career. In 2014, Sean turned his interest to Olympic Weightlifting and competitive CrossFit. Sean enjoys programming for classes and individuals, along with providing recovery and nutrition education to all active individuals.

Class Description:
An inclusive, all-levels class for all genders that blends mindful breath with movement to help you ground, find your center, and grow. This 60-minute class will help you build strength, find balance, and let go through conscious movement and breath.  This class welcomes those brand new to yoga as well as seasoned students.
